Wedding receptions typically book 6-12 months in advance. Corporate events usually have a shorter lead time. We suggest reserving your date as soon as it is confirmed.
Summer weekends and all dates in December fill very quickly.

For catering services, there is a 25 person minimum.

We ask for your final guest count twenty-one (21) business days in advance of your event. This gives us time to finalize your rental orders, all event details, and your invoice for payment. A late fee may be assessed dependent upon items being served.

Yes, a 10% non-refundable fee is required to guarantee your placement on our calendar.

Depending on the size and details of your event, there are typically multiple days (or sometimes weeks!) of work completed by our team of professionals that go into an event that clients never see! This includes menu creation, walk-throughs, purchasing/stocking of ingredients, and kitchen prep, as well as maintaining our main commissary kitchen in order to prepare the bulk of an event. We also factor in liability insurance and permits. A service charge of 22% is applied to all events, which is consistent with the industry standard.

Yes, we do have a delivery charge. Delivery fees are dependent on a few factors, including disposable versus china service, and the distance from our commissary kitchen.

Yes, an 18% gratuity fee will be added to your invoice if serving is required at your event.

After meeting with one of our professional event coordinators and discussing your event needs, we will prepare an itemized estimate for you!

We are fully licensed and insured for product and serving liability.

To ensure we have the right amount of staff and ingredients available, we request a minimum of two weeks notice.

Some of the most common requests we have are for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut free. While we cannot always promise an entirely "allergen free" kitchen, we are happy to accommodate to the best of our abilities. (An additional fee may be assessed.)

If there are any remaining meals that were not sent out for consumption, you will be given the remaining meals or food items.
